Travis Black, Vice President Consulting Services, Right Management, Florida/Caribbean Region.  16 + yrs. experience in recruiting, training and talent management; corporate HR executive and consultant providing career development solutions that drive engagement, retention and productivity and guiding organizations in realigning their workforce to meet changing talent needs.  Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Business Administration from the University of North Florida; a PHR, and a SHRM – SCP.

Ryan Shea, Executive Vice President, Right Management’s Florida/Caribbean Region.  Joined Right Management’s executive team in 2009, Ryan oversees global, national and local clients planning and fulfillment while advancing Right Management’s vision.   Master’s degree in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University.

served as president of the 400-member SHRM Affiliate, Human Resource Association of Broward County; employment committee engagement chair of the United Way of Broward County’s Mission United and a board member of Jack and Jill’s Children Center.
