Creating a Culture of Wellness Unlock the Full Potential of Your Employee Benefits Program

Are you leading your organization to a Culture of Wellness?

Healthy employees are happier and more productive. Many companies promote employee health and well-being, but very few create a culture of wellness. Employer sponsored wellness plans can provide the education and resources needed to change unhealthy lifestyle behaviors, such as poor diet, inactivity, tobacco use and stress.

Wellness programs alone can help, but getting employees to change their behaviors can be a challenge. Creating a Culture of Wellness for your company that engages employees and promotes your employment brand will maximize participation and encourage long lasting change.

In this workshop, Executives will learn:

  • What are the contributing factors to rising healthcare costs
  • What are the key wellness statistics and how controlling them can impact your bottom line
  • What are WELCOA’s 7 benchmarks of Success for workplace wellness
  • How is culture defined and what does it mean to create a culture of wellness
  • Why incorporating branding into your wellness program will help your company stand out

Attendees of this seminar will come away with a clearer understanding of what it means to create a culture of wellness, rather than simply implementing a wellness program, to help reduce healthcare costs.
